Does it cost anything to submit my property?
No. Filling in the form carries no obligation and is not an offer to buy.
Do you guarantee a purchase or a price?
No. Submitting the form does not guarantee a purchase, a price or a timeline. We review each submission and contact you only if the property meets our purchase criteria.
Why do you ask for at least 8 photographs?
They help us get a sense of the property: the exterior, the rooms, the kitchen, the bathrooms and any garden or terraces. With fewer photographs we may not be able to assess your submission.
How are my photos and data handled?
Photographs are used only to assess your submission, are never published, and can only be viewed by authorised staff. Full details are in the Privacy notice.
What if my home is not in one of the listed areas?
For now we assess the areas listed and those nearby, and we plan to extend them gradually. If your home is elsewhere you can still tell us by choosing “Other location”: every submission is read, but we cannot guarantee a reply.
Do I have to be the owner?
Yes, or an authorised representative (for example a delegate).
